Youtube transcript error for certain people

Hello, I have a site at vidpipe.ai that converts youtube videos into articles. I am using your api and yesterday, with certain people, they kept getting a transcription error. Which is NOT the case. The same video worked for me so it may be bad error reporting on my part. I don’t know the actual response they got from supadata. Can I have someone from support look into this? There is nothing in the logs, but something is defintiely wrong
