Pay-as-you-go / One-time credit purchase system with non-expiring credits

I want a one-time credit purchase (pay-as-you-go) system. My usage isn’t consistent enough to justify a monthly subscription. Some months I may only use around 200 credits, while other times I might need 5,000+ credits. Because of this, even a plan that includes 3,000 credits per month doesn’t make sense for me. If I only use 200 credits in a given month, the remaining credits go to waste. A non-expiring, one-time credit system would be ideal, allowing me to pay only for what I actually use without worrying about unused credits expiring.

    Pay-as-you-go / Credit Rollover Model

    I want a "top-up" or "pay-as-you-go" billing model where I can pay a set amount (e.g., $17) and use the credits whenever I want without them expiring at the end of the month. The current monthly reset system feels like a waste of money if I don't have time to use all credits in a single month. I want credits to roll over or just be a balance that I use until it's gone.

    Do you have "Pay As Use" plans?

    I think a USD 9,- per 1.000 transcript is a fair price. But I do not have such a high demand every month. Can you please offer to roll over credits like a “pay per use” value instead of a subscribtion?

      Purchased tokens should not expire monthly

      I purchased tokens expecting them to be a permanent asset, similar to buying cryptocurrency. I was disappointed to find out they expire monthly. I believe that once purchased, tokens should not expire and should remain in my account until I use them. This would make the business model feel more fair and less confusing, improving customer trust and satisfaction. It feels inconsistent to have a subscription model mixed with a token-based model where the tokens I buy outright just disappear.
