Fetch json3 (word level timestamp) data for auto-gen YT captions

YouTube videos with auto-generated captions have word-level timestamps stored in json3 format. This allows us to construct actual sentences with correct timestamps from the captions that make a lot more sense than the original short segments that YT displays.

It would be great if we could get this word-level data via the API, not sure if it’s possible.
