Export or Download Chat History

As a user, I want to be able to download or export a copy of my support chat conversations. This would allow me to keep a record of the information and instructions provided, which I can refer back to later without needing to contact support again for the same issue. It would be helpful for tracking my support history and remembering the solutions we discussed.
