Export or Download Chat History

Feature Request
As a user, I want to be able to download or export a copy of my support chat conversations. This would allow me to keep a record of the information and instructions provided, which I can refer back to later without needing to contact support again for the same issue. It would be helpful for tracking my support history and remembering the solutions we discussed.

    Thanks for the feedback to our support chatbot. I’ll pass this feedback to the service provider because we are unable to make this change ourselves :)
