Can't get transcription list

Feature Request

For some reason, I'm not getting any transcriptLanguages back even for the videos that previously used to work correctly. When will it be fixed?

    The transcriptLanguages field in YouTube responses has been deprecated. Please use /transcript endpoint to get all languages:

      Right now, I’m getting only one available language in videos with more than 1 languages. For example this ted talk has captions for 36 languages:

      https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FWTNMzK9vG4 and when using /transcript endpoint I only get arabic as an available Language. Is there a fix for that?
